TeraWulf acquired the roughly 285-acre Muskie site at EastPark near Grayson in May 2026. In October 2026 it amended its Kentucky Power agreement to double contracted capacity from 500 MW to 1 GW: phase 1 (500 MW) is to begin ramping in 2028 and phase 2 (500 MW) is pulled forward to 2029, pending Kentucky PSC approval. As of October 2026 the site was still described as a proposed site on a hayfield, and utility substation construction is scheduled to start in February 2027, so no data-center capacity is operating or under construction.
