CleanSpark's Sandersville, Georgia data center is under construction. It has 175 MW of critical IT load (nearly 250 MW gross) leased for 20 years to a Meta subsidiary, and the first data hall is targeted for Q4 2027. CleanSpark closed $2.276 billion of senior secured notes on Sept. 25, 2026, and says the project is fully funded through completion. An older-looking passage (P40) says CleanSpark added 50 MW of capacity to a Sandersville bitcoin-mining facility. That appears to be the existing mining site, and the passages do not tie it to this HPC lease project, so it is not counted here. Whether the given street address is the mining site or the new campus is unclear.
