Miner inventory and Sandersville deployment pipeline

The miner counts are confirmed. However, the filing says the out-of-service remainder 'mainly' consists of machines for Sandersville, not all of it as the claim implies.

Confirmed in the source:

• CleanSpark owned approximately 146,000 miners as of December 31, 2023
• Approximately 88,500 of those miners were in service
• Most of the remaining miners were new machines ready to install in the Sandersville, GA expansion

We could not confirm this from the cited source:

• That all of CleanSpark's remaining non-operating miners were ready to install in the Sandersville expansion (the filing says the remainder only 'mainly' pertains to those machines)
