Applied Digital launched a 200 MW blockchain data center in Garden City, TX, then sold it to Mara Garden City LLC under a Purchase and Sale Agreement dated March 14, 2024. Escrowed sale proceeds of $25 million were released after conditional approvals were met in fiscal 2025. Filings through 2026 refer to it as the 'former Garden City facility', so the company no longer owns it.
