Nautilus
Project of TeraWulf
Where it stands
TeraWulf sold its entire 25% equity interest in the Nautilus joint venture to the Talen Member on October 2, 2024, for $102.1 million in total consideration, and received no Nautilus bitcoin distributions in 2025. Several passages describe the Nautilus Cryptomine facility as being in Pennsylvania near the Susquehanna nuclear plant. MarketBeat boilerplate that places 'Project Nautilus' in Tompkins County, NY appears to be an error. TeraWulf's actual Tompkins County activity is a separate proposal to redevelop the former Milliken power plant site in Lansing, where the town is moving toward a data center ban, and that proposal should not be attributed to Nautilus.
