Cottonwood is Core Scientific's greenfield bitcoin-mining campus in Pecos, TX, with two phases. As of the Q3 2024 presentation, COT1 had one building with 50 MW energized and COT2 had 50 containers with 21 MW energized, against a 250 MW ERCOT allocation; COT1 has room for another 200 MW. No passage says that expansion is under construction, and the 2026 filings only restate older financial items. The separate Cedarvale facility, also in Pecos, is not counted here.
