Overview

A parallel uninterruptible power supply system in which multiple UPS units connect directly to two or more independent power sources, with no active switching components between them. Conventional UPS systems rely on expensive active switches to connect mains power to each UPS, require power synchronization across inputs, and fail entirely if a switch malfunctions. This system eliminates active switches by feeding multiple UPS units directly from independent sources using only passive components such as circuit breakers and fuses. When one power source fails, the other continues supplying power to connected loads through the existing UPS units. The system scales to handle additional loads by simply adding more UPS units, without requiring new active switching infrastructure or synchronization equipment.
