Where it stands
Nebius's build-to-suit Vineland, NJ campus, developed by DataOne, is a phased project of about 300 MW, with a possible expansion to 350 MW. Its April 2026 20-F says Nebius 'is providing' Microsoft GPU capacity there in tranches being deployed through 2025–2026, so some capacity appears to be in service, though no operating MW figure is disclosed. Phase 1 is reported as still under construction, Phase 2 won planning approval in August 2026, power is shifting to Bloom fuel cells, and management says it expects no significant impact on timing.
