Where it stands
Cipher's wholly owned 207 MW Odessa Facility has been fully built out since September 2023. As of the Q2 2026 filings it remains energized at 207 gross MW and is mining bitcoin under a fixed-price Luminant PPA that runs until at least July 2027. Cipher is in discussions for an HPC hosting lease at the site, but no conversion has been contracted or started.
