An April 2026 Core Scientific 8-K exhibit describes the Austin Campus at 3301 Hibbetts Road as one building with two data halls that serve as a 16.5 MW data center. The site is leased from SDC—Austin, LLC, and the assignment of the lease to Core Scientific Austin is awaiting landlord consent. The sentence just before this, about 37 MW billable and 57% completion as of March 2026, appears to close the description of a different campus. It is not attributed to Austin.
