Where it stands
The Marble Campus at 155 Palmer Lane is a 65 MW data center converted from bitcoin mining to HPC/AI and leased to CoreWeave. About 37 MW was operational and billing in April 2026, the site was reported fully handed over to the customer in May 2026, and the July 2026 deck lists ~65 MW billing at Marble. The July billing figure comes from a flattened table in which values are matched to sites by order, so its site attribution is inferred rather than labelled directly.
