Where it stands
Applied Digital's Delta Forge 1 campus in Boyce, Louisiana comprises two buildings totaling 300 MW of critical IT load, leased to a high investment-grade hyperscaler under two 15-year leases, and is currently under construction. The company expects initial ready for service in the first half of calendar 2027 and full capacity in early calendar 2028; project financing for the campus is still pending. A separate 150 MW expansion across Delta Forge 1 and Delta Forge 2 remains under negotiation and is not counted here.
