Where it stands
WhiteFiber's MTL-3 is a 7 MW (gross) retrofit data center in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec, with 5 MW of IT load. Construction was substantially completed in October 2025, and billing to Cerebras began November 1, 2025. The August 2026 10-Q describes the site as fully operational. WhiteFiber bought the property under its lease purchase option, and the purchase closed on May 8, 2026. Future expansion depends on utility approvals, and no expansion capacity has been specified.
