Cipher Mining acquired the Reveille site in Cotulla, Texas in October 2024 and initially described plans for a data center of up to 200 MW. The most recent filing (February 2026 10-K) states the site has ERCOT interconnection approval of up to 70 MW, with possible expansion, and energization expected in 2027. No passage reports construction or operating capacity.
