Where it stands
WhiteFiber had paused development at NTL2 while it evaluated the best use of the site. On its Q2 2026 call (August 14, 2026) it said it had decided to move forward with about 5 MW of gross capacity, targeted for completion around year-end 2026. It is still choosing between traditional colocation and a vertically integrated colocation-plus-cloud deployment, and no passage confirms that physical construction has started.
