Where it stands
MTL-1 is WhiteFiber's leased 4 MW (gross) Tier-3 HPC data center at 3195 Chem de Bedford Road, Montreal, in operation since January 2021 and fully operational when Enovum was acquired in October 2024. A June 2026 investor deck says its full capacity is occupied by 14 customers, and the August 2026 10-Q still calls it fully operational, with $1.9 million of infrastructure spending at MTL-1 in 2026. MTL-2 (Pointe-Claire) and MTL-3 (Saint-Jerome) are separate Montreal-area sites and are not counted here.
