Where it stands
In May 2026 Nebius announced it had secured land and up to 1.2 GW of power for a new owned AI factory in Pennsylvania, with phased delivery beginning in 2027. Nebius's own filings did not list Pennsylvania among its sites in active construction (Missouri and Alabama were named). One third-party article (P17) says construction continues, but no company passage confirms that, and no capacity is reported in service. CoreWeave's Lancaster, Pennsylvania site (P10, P12) belongs to a different company and is excluded.
