The prospectus states that Duke Energy agreed to use commercially reasonable efforts to achieve 24 MW (gross) by September 1, 2025 and 40 MW (gross) by April 1, 2026. The 40 MW commitment appears in the same sentence as the 24 MW one rather than as a standalone sentence.
