The document supports a 100 MW first data center leased to a hyperscaler at the 400 MW Ellendale campus, but it treats Polaris Forge 1 as a multi-phase project rather than a single 100 MW facility.

Confirmed in the source:

• A lease with a hyperscaler covers the first 100 MW data center at Applied Digital's Ellendale, North Dakota campus
• The Ellendale campus has 400 MW of capacity
• Entering into that hyperscaler lease was a condition to the Macquarie Initial Closing

We could not confirm this from the cited source:

• That Polaris Forge 1 as a whole is a 100 MW facility — the filing refers to 'additional phases of the Polaris Forge 1' and to 'the Polaris Forge 1 data centers' (plural), indicating it extends beyond the first 100 MW building
