The late-2027 initial power delivery is stated. The deck's Muskogee breakdown appears to attribute ~440 MW to the Polaris acquisition and the smaller ~100 MW of current power to the CoreWeave contract, so it does not establish that ~440 MW is tied to CoreWeave.
