Where it stands
Nebius owns and operates a greenfield data center in Mäntsälä, Finland, which is still described as operating in the August 2026 filings. In September 2026 it was reported to be validating its first Vera Rubin NVL72 rack there. No MW figure is given for this facility, and the 2025 filing mentions investment in new capacity there without sizing it. A separate new owned 310 MW Finland AI factory, announced in May 2026 and reported under construction in August 2026, is treated as a different facility and its capacity is not attributed here.
