Hansford County
Project of Marathon Digital
Where it stands
MARA closed its acquisition of the Hansford County, Texas wind farm (240 MW interconnection, 114 MW nameplate wind) on February 14, 2025, planning a behind-the-meter mining data center listed with 180 MW of growth capacity. The Q2 2025 shareholder letter says construction of that data center was completed. No passage gives energized or operating MW, and the 2025 10-K (March 2026) does not update the site's status.
