Where it stands
Marathon acquired the operational Granbury, TX Bitcoin mining site on January 12, 2024 (the 390 MW deal figure also covers Kearney, NE). The March 2025 10-K lists 232 MW operational plus 68 MW growth capacity, for 300 MW total nameplate. The FY2025 10-K describes the site as supporting about 300 MW with 12.3 EH/s energized as of December 31, 2025. Ten AI inference racks were deployed there after Q3 2025. No passage says the 68 MW growth capacity is under construction, and P24 gives a slightly different 290 MW nameplate.
