Where it stands
IREN's 2GW Sweetwater Hub has two facilities: Sweetwater 1 (1,400MW) and Sweetwater 2 (600MW). Both were conditionally included in ERCOT's Batch Zero as Base Load in September 2026. The Sweetwater 1 high-voltage substation is energized, and 300MW (gross) of data center capacity is under construction there, targeted for delivery in Q4 2027. No data center capacity is reported in service; the 'freshly energized' wording in P20 refers to the substation, and the remaining 1,700MW is pre-construction or planning.
