Granbury
Project of Hut 8
Where it stands
The Granbury, Texas "Delta Site" (about 300 MW) was a former Compute North bitcoin mining site. USBTC, later Hut 8, managed it under a property management agreement and also self-mined there. MARA acquired the Granbury and Kearney sites, and Hut 8's management agreements were terminated on April 30, 2024, with a $13.5 million termination fee paid by MARA. Hut 8's filings through its FY2025 10-K describe Granbury only as a former site, so Hut 8 currently has no operating capacity there.
