Where it stands
CleanSpark's Massena, NY site was a 50 MW hosting arrangement at Coinmint, LLC's hydro-powered facility, not a company-owned data center. The hosting agreement was not renewed and expired on December 31, 2024. All of CleanSpark's allocated capacity there was vacated by March 31, 2025, and the FY2025 10-K confirms CleanSpark no longer operates at Massena.
