Jason Zhang, 32, is Chief Strategy Officer of Applied Digital Corporation, having been appointed effective August 1, 2025. He is a co-founder of the Company and previously served as a Director from April 2022 to November 2022. Zhang holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
Prior to co-founding Applied Digital in 2021, Zhang founded Valuefinder in 2019, a firm that advises and invests in technology companies. From 2017 to 2019, he was an investment analyst at Sequoia Capital, focusing on AI, blockchain, digital infrastructure, enterprise software, consumer products and hardware. From 2015 to 2017, he analyzed investments at MSD Capital, Michael Dell's family office.
