Douglas Miller, age 68, has served as a Director of Applied Digital since April 2021. Over the past nine years, he has served on the boards of three public companies: Telenav, Inc. (2005-2006), Chief Financial Officer of 3DLabs, Inc., a publicly held graphics semiconductor company, and as an audit partner at Ernst & Young LLP.
Miller holds a B.S.C. in Accounting from Santa Clara University and is a certified public accountant (inactive).
