Kristen McVeety, 55, has served as General Counsel of CoreWeave since March 2022 and as Corporate Secretary since December 2024. She is one of two designated proxy holders by the Board of Directors.
Prior to joining CoreWeave, McVeety was a founder and partner at Gabler & McVeety LLP from February 2003 to March 2022. Before establishing that firm, she worked as an Associate in the Corporate and M&A practice groups at Dorsey & Whitney LLP from March 1999 to February 2003.
McVeety holds a B.A. in International Relations and Business Management from Boston University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
