Chuck Hastings serves on the board of directors of Applied Digital Corporation, where he is a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He holds a B.A. in political science from Princeton University and brings more than two decades of experience in financial markets and portfolio management.
Hastings joined B. Riley Financial in 2013 as a portfolio manager, progressing to Director of Strategic Initiatives in 2018 and President of B. Earlier in his career, he served as Portfolio Manager at Tri Cap LLC and as a convertible bond trader at Morgan Stanley in New York.
