Chuck Hastings serves on the board of directors of Applied Digital Corporation, where he is a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. He holds a B.A. in political science from Princeton University and brings more than two decades of experience in financial markets and portfolio management.
Hastings joined B. Riley Financial in 2013 as a portfolio manager, progressing to Director of Strategic Initiatives in 2018 and President of B. Riley Wealth Management in 2019, before becoming Chief Executive Officer of B. Riley Wealth Management. Prior to joining B. Riley, he was Head Trader at GPS Partners, a Los Angeles-based hedge fund, from 2005 to 2009, where he managed all trading operations and was instrumental in growing the fund from a startup to one of the largest on the West Coast. Earlier in his career, he served as Portfolio Manager at Tri Cap LLC and as a convertible bond trader at Morgan Stanley in New York.
Hastings currently serves on the board of IQvestment Holdings.
