David Rench, age 46, was appointed Chief Administrative Officer of Applied Digital effective October 15, 2024, following his tenure as Chief Financial Officer from March 2021 through October 2024.
Before joining Applied Digital, Rench co-founded Ihiji in 2009 and served as VP of Finance and Operations from 2010 until Control4 acquired the company in 2017. Following the acquisition, he joined Hirzel Capital, an investment management company, as Chief Financial Officer from 2017 to 2020.
Rench holds a BBA from the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
