The Code sets a 90-day advance notice expectation for manufacturing changes. However, it uses 'should' rather than 'must', so it does not establish this as a strict obligation.
Confirmed in the source:
- CoreWeave's Supplier Code of Conduct addresses changes to manufacturing locations, components, or processes that may affect CoreWeave products
- The Code specifies that such changes be communicated to CoreWeave at least 90 days before implementation
