The 10-K describes all three buildings as an AI- and HPC-focused campus. However, its 'purpose built for high power density GPUs' wording refers only to the first two buildings under construction, not the third.

Confirmed in the source:

• Polaris Forge 1 is planned to comprise three data centers in Ellendale, North Dakota
• The three data centers are described as HPC-focused and AI-focused facilities
• The first two buildings (100 MW and 150 MW) are purpose-built for high power density GPUs

We could not confirm this from the cited source:

• The 10-K does not explicitly state that the third 150 MW Polaris Forge 1 data center is purpose-built for high power density GPUs
