The filing gives 45 MW and 30 MW only as contractual benchmark amounts for price adjustment at closing. It does not state that the property currently has that power available.
Confirmed in the source:
- The purchase agreement specifies power amounts of 45 megawatts for Parcel 1 and 30 megawatts for Parcel 2
- The price is reduced by $250,000 for each megawatt of power availability below those specified amounts at closing
We could not confirm this from the cited source:
- That the Wyoming Property actually has 45 megawatts of power availability on Parcel 1 and 30 megawatts on Parcel 2
