How we checked this
Checked on October 10, 2026. The cited source supports part of this claim, but not all of it.
The filing confirms the redemption window, but it sets the price at the 'then-current' stated value. That value starts at $1,000 per share and can increase if dividends are paid in kind by accruing onto it, so the price is not necessarily $1,000.
Confirmed in the source:
- Holders of Series F Preferred Stock have a right to redeem their shares at any time between December 31, 2024 and January 10, 2025
- The redemption price in that window is the then-current Series F Stated Value
We could not confirm this from the cited source:
- The redemption price in the December 31, 2024 to January 10, 2025 window is fixed at $1,000 per share
That does not mean it is false — only that this source does not establish it, as of the date above. If we find a source that settles it, we will re-check and update this page.
What we did: Read our cached copy of SEC EDGAR (https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1144879/000114487924000222/apld-20240829.htm) in full (22,402 characters, retrieved August 31, 2026) and checked each assertion in the claim against it.
