The filing confirms the maturity terms and the $150 million loan size. It does not say $150 million is what comes due at maturity: principal can be prepaid earlier, and repayment at maturity must meet a 1.35x return hurdle.

- The promissory note provides for a $150 million loan, fully drawn on November 27, 2024
We could not confirm this from the cited source:
- That $150 million of principal is the amount due at maturity; the filing allows voluntary prepayment and requires mandatory prepayment if the ELN-02 Project is not completed by December 6, 2025, so the full principal may not remain outstanding, and repayment at maturity must also meet a 1.35x return hurdle
