How we checked this
Checked on October 13, 2026. The cited source supports part of this claim, but not all of it.
The presentation lists the 60 MW and 378 MW contracts and their delivery windows, but leaves the customer field blank on those contracts. It names Core42 and Fluidstack as Lake Mariner customers only in a chart legend, without explicitly pairing each name with a contract size.
Confirmed in the source:
- Lake Mariner Contract #1 is 60 MW with contracted delivery from July 2025 to March 2026
- Lake Mariner Contract #2 is 378 MW with contracted delivery from June 2026 to March 2027
- Core42 and Fluidstack are both named as Lake Mariner customers
We could not confirm this from the cited source:
- That Core42 specifically holds the 60 MW contract and Fluidstack specifically holds the 378 MW contract
That does not mean it is false — only that this source does not establish it, as of the date above. If we find a source that settles it, we will re-check and update this page.
What we did: Read our cached copy of IR page (investors.terawulf.com) (https://d1io3yog0oux5.cloudfront.net/_26c9692236622f11a71632d61560402c/terawulf/db/2396/23522/pdf/TeraWulf+Q2+2026+Investor+Presentation.pdf) in full (28,349 characters, retrieved October 6, 2026) and checked each assertion in the claim against it.
