The claim, verbatim
Google's opposition brief cites a separate miscellaneous action, Neural AI v. CoreWeave (W.D. Tex., filed Aug. 18, 2026), as one of at least nine actions Neural AI filed to compel non-party discovery for its patent litigation against NVIDIA. Google says Neural served nearly identical subpoenas on each non-party and filed nearly identical motions to compel after they objected.
