The source supports the 885 MW LOI and the exclusivity agreement for CleanSpark's Texas sites, but its transcript spells the second site 'Sey' rather than Sealy.

- The Sandersville counterparty (Meta) signed an exclusivity agreement for those Texas sites
We could not confirm this from the cited source:
- The second Texas site is named Sealy (the transcript renders it as 'Sey')
