Where it stands

Riot hosted its miners at Coinmint's Massena, New York facility under an April 2020 co-location agreement initially providing about 9.5 MW, later increased. Riot chose not to renew the agreement, and it ended on July 8, 2022, with the miners moved to Riot's Rockdale (Whinstone) facility in Texas. A February 2024 prospectus still describes miners at Coinmint, which appears to be outdated boilerplate, because later filings, including one dated August 2024, restate the termination.
