Where it stands
The Abu Dhabi project is a joint venture (the ADGM Entity) with Zero Two, formerly FS Innovation, in which Marathon owns 20%. It operates two immersion-cooled bitcoin mining sites totaling 250 MW and has been mining since September 2023. Filings through the June 30, 2026 10-Q still include the ADGM Entity's rigs in Marathon's fleet and report no pause or sale. The 250 MW figure covers the whole JV; Marathon's proportional share was listed as 25 MW in the 2024 10-K, and the 250 MW total was last restated in the 2024 10-K.
