Niagara Falls
Project of Hut 8
Where it stands
Hut 8's Alpha site in Niagara Falls, New York, originally a USBTC facility, is a Bitcoin mining (ASIC compute) site with about 50 MW of power. The Q2 2026 10-Q lists it as an operating site as of June 30, 2026. The facility lease was due to expire in July 2026 with renewal options. No passage confirms the renewal, but the August 2026 filing still describes the site as operated by Hut 8.
