Where it stands
CoreWeave holds a 15% stake in a June 2025 joint venture with a third-party developer that is developing a multi-phase campus in Kenilworth, NJ of up to 250 MW. The August 2026 10-Q still says the JV 'is developing' the campus, and August 2026 reporting lists it as a 250-MW greenfield campus in CoreWeave's expansion pipeline. No passage reports active construction, phase sizes, or capacity in service, so status is kept at announced/in development. The 232 MW in leases cited in P7 is not tied to Kenilworth and is excluded.
