West Crossville
Project of CleanSpark
Where it stands
CleanSpark acquired West Crossville Technologies LLC, an existing bitcoin mining operating entity, from Exponential Digital under MIPA 1, which closed on September 16, 2024. West Crossville's capacity is reported only as part of a combined 25 MW with Jellico, TN, so no separate MW figure is given. The November 2025 10-K still lists West Crossville among the company's bitcoin mining facilities, but no passage gives its current operating status.
