Where it stands

CleanSpark agreed in September 2024 to buy seven operating bitcoin mining entities in Tennessee, including Jellico Technologies LLC. MIPA 1 covered Jellico and West Crossville and closed on September 16, 2024. The 25 MW figure is shared between Jellico and West Crossville, so the passages give no MW for Jellico alone. The FY2025 10-K still lists Jellico among the company's bitcoin mining facilities. However, no passage confirms current operating capacity, and the 2026 local news item covers only community outreach.

Site intelligence

Analytical estimate. Each site below is located from public records (filings, releases, news, OpenStreetMap) and checked against free satellite imagery; "How we located this site" lists every step and the score it earned. The conclusion is computed from night-time lights, surface heat and year-over-year change, with the dates it rests on. These are hypotheses under active tracking, not legal parcels or an official endorsement.
