Decatur
Project of CleanSpark
Where it stands
CleanSpark agreed in September 2024 to buy Decatur Technologies LLC, an operating bitcoin mining entity in Decatur, TN, from Exponential Digital, and closed the deal (MIPA 2) in October 2024. The stated 20 MW covers Decatur and Campbell Junction together, so Decatur's own capacity is not given. The November 2025 10-K still lists Decatur among the company's Tennessee mining facilities, but no passage reports its current operating detail.
