Campbell Junction
Project of CleanSpark
Where it stands
CleanSpark agreed in September 2024 to buy Campbell Junction Technologies LLC as an operating bitcoin mining entity, together with Decatur. The two sites are priced together at 20 MW and $5.9M. The deal (MIPA 2) closed in October 2024, and the November 2025 10-K still lists Campbell Junction among the Tennessee mining facilities. The 20 MW is not broken out by site, so Campbell Junction's own capacity is unknown, and no passage gives a later operating update.
