Amy Wilkinson, age 53, has served as an Independent Director on Hut 8's board since the Business Combination consummation and previously as a director of USBTC from August 2022. She is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Ingenuity Corporation, an innovation consulting firm established in January 2017, and serves as a Lecturer in Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business since May 2015. She also holds a directorship at INNOVATE Corp. since August 2022, where she serves on the audit and compensation committees.
Her career includes roles at prominent institutions: White House Fellow and Special Assistant to the United States Trade Representative (2004-2007), Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (2009-2015), and Kauffman Foundation Grantee for Research on High Growth Entrepreneurs (2013-2015). She previously worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and as a mergers and acquisitions banker at J.P. Morgan.
Wilkinson holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Stanford University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
