
Gary A. Vecchiarelli, 48, has served as President and Chief Financial Officer of CleanSpark since September 2025, having joined the company as CFO in 2021. He brings over two decades of finance and accounting experience, having guided CleanSpark through multiple acquisitions, equity capital raises, and strategic debt financings that built the company's strong balance sheet and position as one of the largest corporate holders of Bitcoin.
Prior to CleanSpark, Vecchiarelli held senior finance roles at multiple publicly traded companies: Manager of BDO USA LLP's Las Vegas audit practice (2008–2011), finance operations lead at Galaxy Gaming, Inc. (OTC: GLXZ, 2012–2016), finance operations lead at Golden Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: GDEN, 2017–2019), and Chief Financial Officer of Imatrex, Inc., a medical imaging solutions company (2019–2021).
Vecchiarelli is a CPA with active licenses in California and Nevada and holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from California State University at San Jose. He has served on the board of the Las Vegas Chapter of Financial Executives International since 2014 and was chapter president from 2016–2017. Since 2018, he has been a board member of Coral Academies of Las Vegas, a top-tier Nevada charter school system. In December 2025, he was elected to the board of Skillz Inc. (NYSE: SKLZ), an online video game competition platform.
