Stephen P. Tocco is President and CEO of ML Strategies, LLC, a business consulting and government relations firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, where he has worked since 1997. He has served as a director of Flight Safety Technologies since September 2002. Since 1999, he has served as Chairman of the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education.
From August 1993 to January 1997, Tocco served as Executive Director and CEO of the Massachusetts Port Authority, overseeing operations including Boston's Logan International Airport.
Tocco holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, a CSS in Administration and Management from Harvard University, and an Honorary Doctorate from Nichols College.
